Return Policy

We have a 48 Hours exchange/return policy, which means you have any request for exchange and return can be entertain within 48 hours s after receiving your item.  For any exchange/return requests, please contact us at info@jewarorganic.com

Exchanges and Returns

To be eligible for an exchange/return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.

  • Once used, products will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges/Returns are only allowed in the following cases:

  1. The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.

  2. The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.

  3. The product has expired at the time of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange pickup from the same delivery address, and you will be notified of the expected pickup date.

  • In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 days after return pickup.

  • For any delivery-related discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Cancellation

  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped.

  • If a cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a refund of the full amount.

  • Jewar Organic reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including (but not limited to):

    • Non-availability of stock

    • Pricing or informational errors

    • Issues with personal/financial details provided by the customer

Refunds

  • Refund requests are valid only within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please note that it may take 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
